What we collect

Account (Anna; FORGE has a separate account): name, nickname, email address, password (stored only in hashed form), account settings and sign-in data needed to run the service.
Conversations with Anna: your messages, your recent chat turns and the memory notes Anna writes, plus your device's time zone, time and language.
FORGE content: 3D models and files you upload or share. Content shared via a share link can be seen by anyone who has the link.
Request access form: your email address and the optional message you write.
Microphone and camera (Anna, only when you turn them on): voice recordings go through our server to Groq for speech recognition and are not stored by us; camera images never leave your device (only "camera on" and "face seen yes/no" are sent).
Technical data: IP address, browser/device data and security logs, processed by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and working.

Why and on what legal basis (GDPR art. 6)

To create and run your account and provide Anna / FORGE — performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).
To answer your access request — steps at your request before a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).
Camera and microphone — your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Security, abuse prevention and service improvement — our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
Newsletters or marketing — only with your separate consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your data and we do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you solely by automated means. Anna is an AI system.

Who processes it for us: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, email routing, some AI models), Resend (account emails), Groq (AI chat, speech recognition and speech output), Google (Gemini AI chat as a fallback; when Gemini answers, your query may be sent to Google Search). Each message to Anna sends your name, nickname, time zone, memory notes, recent messages and current message to the AI provider; never your email address. Fonts and libraries loaded from Google Fonts, jsDelivr and Google servers also receive your IP address. Some providers are in the USA: Cloudflare, Resend and Google are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; for Groq we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it:

Account data, chat turns and memory notes: while your account is active (chat turns older than 12 months are deleted automatically); erased within 30 days after you delete your account (including backups).
Accounts with no sign-in for 24 months: deleted after an email warning (including chat turns and memory notes).
Voice recordings: not stored by us.
Enquiries and access requests: up to 12 months.
Security logs: 30 to 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Write to info@primeartifex.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or to the authority of your EU country of residence.

Spoken lines are generated for this site. Voices are selectable in Studio under My look. Volume and mute live in the header. Daily voice limits may apply to free accounts.

Privacy

Look settings may be stored in your browser and, if you sign in, with your member profile. Chat memory notes (when enabled) stay on your account. Messages to info@primeartifex.com are handled for support and business inquiries.
